Granada Villas General Information

NOTICE TO HOMEOWNERS FROM THE ARCHITECTURAL REVIEW COMMITTEE
Granada Villas is a Deed Restricted Community & has the right to Architectural Control over your property. See COVENANTS & RESTRICTIONS, ARTICLE VII, ARCHITECTURAL CONTROL, p. 16. No Homeowner has the right to modify, change, delete or add anything to the outside dwelling unit without the specific written approval of the ARC. This includes: landscaping, walls, swimming pools, patio enclosures, doors, garage doors, painting, A/C unit enclosures, structural additions/deletions, window treatments visible from outside, windows, tiling &/or painting of sidewalks & driveways, mailboxes, outside lighting fixtures. If homeowners proceed without ARC approval, the Board has the Fla. Law legal duty to enforce the COVENANTS & RESTRICTIONS. This could include legal action against the homeowner. Homeowners who rent their dwelling units are responsible for any actions of their renters. ARC forms & instructions are on the website or can be obtained from any Board member or member of the ARC .

Board Meetings

Board Meetings are the 2nd Tuesday each month at Dr. Phillips' Library on Della Drive unless stated otherwise on signs that are posted at each entrance (and in this web site). All residents are invited to attend.

Irrigation Hotline

The irrigation hotline number is (407) 345-9298. Please call this number if you are having irrigation problems. Your call will be logged and answered.

IRRIGATION SCHEDULE:

Each yard will be watered every three days, so your watering day will rotate each week.

Area Watering restrictions: water only before 10 am or after 4 PM; odd-numbered homes may water on Wednesdays and Saturdays; even-numbered homes may water on Thursdays and Sundays.

Trash & Recycling Collections

• Household trash is collected on Mondays and Thursdays.
• Yard trash (clippings) is collected on Wednesdays.
• Recycle Bins are collected on Thursdays.
• Trash containers must be at curbside by 6:00am on collection day.
• Please do not put trash out before 5:00 PM the evening before the scheduled pickup.
• Trash cans & recycle bins must be kept in the garage or behind the dwelling where they are not visible.

Mow Day

Our mowing days are Wednesday (Marcella area) & Thursday (Villa area). Please see the Landscape page for further details.

Report a Burned out Light

Write down the number on the light pole and the house it is in front of and call Progress Energy at 407.737.4222 or go to www.ouc.com.
