The same key card opens all. The key cards are available from Vista Community Association Management for a $25 deposit (refundable) for the first one and $50 deposit for the second one. Contact Raiford Hall at 407-682-3443 to order your key card(s). The cost of the key will be refunded to homeowners when keys are returned to Vista Community Association Management. Keys are not to be given to visitors, as sponsors are required to escort (remain with) visitors using the Rec Area/Tennis Court. Renters must obtain keys from homeowners, and homeowners are responsible for obtaining keys from exiting renters. Replacement keys are $50. Please note that card
requests will only be honored from homeowners, and mailed to homeowners.
It is the responsibility of the homeowners to forward the card to renters,
and the deposit will be forfeited if the key card is not retrieved from
a renter prior to the renter moving. New
cards for that address will be $50 deposit each from then on. |
All owners are requested to obtain a GV sticker for each of their cars. The stickers are very small and should be placed in the front right corner of your windshield. Stickers are available free from Vista Community Association Management (at every Board meeting) or from a Board member. Stickers are required to be displayed on all member (homeowner) vehicles while in the Rec Area. Visitors' vehicles must display temporary information on the dash stating who is the homeowner/sponsor and the sponsor must be present in the Rec Area with their visitors.
