GRANADA VILLAS HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION
BOARD OF DIRECTORS MEETING
February 19, 2007

CALL TO ORDER
Bob Boshears acted as Chairman of the meeting and called the meeting
to order at 6:50 p.m. Lois Gilbert acted as secretary of the meeting
and kept the minutes thereof.
ESTABLISH A QUORUM
Present were Bob Boshears (President), Nick Frosolone (Director) and
Lois Gilbert (Treasurer). A quorum was established.
PROOF OF NOTICE
Notice of the meeting was posted on the web site and a sign was placed
at each entrance.
TREASURER’S REPORT
Lois stated a CD in the approximate amount of $20,000 had recently come
due and automatically renewed for another 6 months.
OLD BUSINESS
There was a discussion of a homeowner who is in arrears in maintenance
payments. The homeowner requested they not be liable for the attorney’s
fees which were needed to help collect these funds. Lois made a motion
to not waive the payment of attorney’s fees by that homeowner.
Nick seconded. The vote was unanimous for approval.
NEW BUSINESS
There was a discussion about which Board member would be liaison for
committees. It was agreed that Bob would continue to be liaison for
the management company. Lois would continue to be liaison for legal.
Nick would be liaison for landscaping.
The Board agreed to have Bob James continue on the Irrigation Committee.
There being no further business, Lois made a motion to adjourn the meeting.
Bob seconded the motion. The vote was unanimous for approval and the
meeting was adjourned at 7:00 p.m.
The meeting of the ARC Committee followed.
