CALL TO ORDER
The meeting to order at 8:35 p.m. Linda Bryce (Vista Management) acted as secretary of the meeting and kept the minutes thereof.

Nominations from the Board: Lois Gilbert made the motion to keep these positions. Nick Frosolone seconded the motion. All were in favor.

Vice President/Secretary: Pat Angel
Treasurer: Lois Gilbert
Director: Leann Warfield
Director: Nick Frosolone

ADJOURNMENT:
There being no further business the meeting was adjourned at 8:43 p.m.
